OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are a family-run fitness centre. We believe that fitness should be part of everyday life for everyone, regardless of age and capabilities, not just for the elite and super fit. We aim to create a welcoming and friendly centre where everyone feels comfortable. We provide help and support where needed, and if you’re the type who likes their own space, headphones on and in the zone, then that’s great too. We have made an affordable membership plan with options to cover both residents and holiday makers who may just want to train for a day or a week. The class timetable offers something for everyone, whether you want to sweat it out in a spin class, lift heavy in Maxout or just tone in Pump, there’s something for everyone.
